VINYASA

Vinyasa is a flowing practice that synchronizes movement with your breath as we move from one pose to the next. This includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, relaxation and breathing techniques. This practice will help to build strength, balance and flexibility, while reducing stress.

PREGNANCY YOGA
(6 weeks course)

A flowing class that is designed with postures suitable in pregnancy. The yoga postures are designed specifically to help build strength and also flexibility. Our class would also include visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques to bring awareness to your new body, as you prepare for your baby’s arrival. The classes are offered as a course as each course is designed around a specific theme and every class is different. At the end of our class, you are welcome to stay back and enjoy a cup of herbal tea and meet other expectant mums for a chat.

Parent & Toddler Yoga
(8 weeks course)

A fun and free-spirited class that focuses on postures to help build core strength, balance and flexibility. We provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can practice yoga whilst your toddler is free to explore and you can tend to him/her whenever you want to. Our class also incorporates visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques to help manage the challenges of being a parent.
